U - Unitized discs

Layers of non-woven abrasive discs are pressed and cemented with polyurethane. The three types differ in abrasive mineral incorporated in non-woven:

• Silicon carbide
• Aluminium oxide
• Zirconium

Each type is produced in two densities, soft and flexible and a hard longer lasting version.

All Unitized discs are fiberglass backed.

Applications:

• Scratch removal and preparing surfaces for final polishing
• Deburring
• Blending
